The Building Condition Check evaluates each envelope surface from its opening ratios instead of relying on a guessed dropdown classification.
Workflow
- Enter width, length, eave and roof slope.
- Choose Gable or Mono-Slope so the roof surfaces match the building.
- Fill opening schedules for FSW, BSW, LEW, REW and roof as quantity × width × height.
- Read Ao/Ag and Aoi/Agi on the A4 report. The overall classification follows the legacy workbook rule.
